Injury and overheating
Positive: The ease of entry the organisation the cleanliness and the staff and the provided amenities
Negative: The bed is firm mates but that is common and a personal preference but there was an injury when stepping out of the shower daughter slipped on the mat which had no grip and cut her other foot on the sharp edge of the frame of the shower i think maybe get less slipper matts or try to replace with a safer edge on the front of the shower door. Also maybe install Air Conditioning when old buildings like these heat up easily i recommend small cooling fans or air con systems.
