a very pleasant stay
Positive: this guest house has a home from home feeling, clean, comfortable and warm, also with a lounge area as well, which i think is quite unique!!, parking was just outside which is very handy & it was also close to a small Londis & Co-Op. Breakfast was a good choice of cereals, toast & fruit etc, and a pot of tea as well, swerved by a friendly member of staff.
Negative: the one thing I didn't like was the bed, for me it was to springy, but i am not moaning about it because that's me and everybody is different on how they like their mattresses/beds etc,

Positive: Really sweetly done out room. Very clean, everything you need. Very close to Humberside airport
