Great value for money and in a convenient location for lots of North/North East Lincs destinations Positive: The level of cleanliness in this place is outstanding. The bedrooms are as clean as my mum would make them! Thank you to all the hospitality staff who make it this way. I liked that costs can be kept minimal through use of shared bathrooms. Negative: I hadn't booked a breakfast but I wanted one. On arrival I phoned and left a message on the phone number given inside the property but nobody got back to me, so no breakfast for me. Also, I would love there to have been a bottle opener in the little lounge area.
