Functional and convenient Positive: Room was warm and functional and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping/breakfast ladies were excellent and gave a much needed human touch to an otherwise odd place. Phone call to book breakfast worked well. Generally good value for money. Negative: Emails, messages, check in instructions, etc. were very odd, unworkable and unwelcoming - I wondered if I'd booked a borstal by mistake. Online requests unfit for purpose: I could book 2 breakfasts for one day, but not one breakfast for 2 consecutive days. Resolved by phone call. Room was much smaller than the one shown in the photos. Evening meals are advertised, but these are not available on Fridays or weekends, which only becomes clear after booking.

Economic and comfortable room. Positive: Easy check in, good parking, very clean and a very comfortable bed. Negative: Although the bedroom was very clean, the smell of drains in the bathroom was unbearable.

Great place to stay. Positive: Clean tidy comfortable ,quiet, self checking was straightforward, The provision of microwave and a refrigerator was an additional bonus was pleased to have them.

Sleep deprivation Positive: Room was tiny, and next door to front door post.Piople were coming in and out throught the night and slamming the door_ i slept REALLY poorly because of that. If you can't sleep in a place - might as well give up. The extractor fan had broken in toilet, so it couldn't suck the shower steam out - so room steamed up. The sign said leave the fan on, but it just hummed, and i didn't want to start an electrical fire. Other guests were inconsiderate: one set of tossers were shouting at each other, and then some bright spark thought he'd be 'polite' by 'knocking' his friends' room's door, but knocking was not the action - gave it a good rhythmic beating. If the accomm had been considerably cheaper, i'd have tolerated it, but the noise aspect cannot be forgiven - to restate: no point in staying in a place where sleep is THAT poor. I had to drive home afterwards in a sleep-deprived state. Dangerous for me and others, and ILLEGAL. s O if you can sleep through a earthquake stay at that place Negative: ? Rebuild the place
