Negative: Brilliant place lovely stay

great value Positive: Fantastic value for money. Room as shown in pictures. Easy to get to from M180- very useful for a stopover to break a long journey. Parking outside or on street. Very clean, everything in good condition, excellent wifi, Quiet location. Coop nearby. Was sent very helpful videos showing how to use digital front door lock and then how to find room.

Positive: Easy to find. Also the whole place was very clean and quiet.

You get what you pay for!! Positive: These pictures that are advertised make it look very nice, but reality is .... nothing like it!!! I visit my son every month, but depending on my work I don't know when I get a break.This was a last minute booking. I set a budget of £60 for the night. This came up for £39, single room. As the pictures looked modern , thought why not.But no, stayed in Air bnbs better for similar price. Negative: Where shall I start !!!! I took pictures because I was so shocked!! My room when I opened it, I was hit with such an awful smell. It was a very hot day, blinds shut, window closed!!! I opened the window quickly, top one wouldn't open. I put my things on the floor, pulled back the duvet , looked like someone had sat on the bed.Stains on the duvet, they had been washed but a few marks. The bed was like sitting on jelly, that the only way I can describe it, the middle sinks! Needs a new mattress. The windows need a good bloody clean, I drew my finger down the the closed one. The smell was coming from the sink.It was a very old fashioned room, the sink hole was rusty, smelt awful. I poured down some of there hand soap that didn't help!! Needs bleach!!!! Left window, blind open whilst I went to visit my son. When I came back NO better, I sprayed my deodorant and put the fan on.Put plug in the sink to stop the smell. I sat on the little stool by the dresser, got off it as was wobbly!! Stains on wallpaper, just need touching up, not difficult. Mirrors on wardrobe doors, finger prints, stains on carpet, sink taps around rim need a good bleaching.Dont set me off on the shared bathroom!!!! Squeaky floorboards in room and on landing, gentleman in room next door , coughing alot.( Which I know can't be helped ) Walls very thin. This morning , staff chattering away by the storage cupboard outside the room, I just got up in the end to get out of the place. So as I was leaving , greeted by an elderly lady , first staff member I had seen "" How was your stay"".... my reply was room smelt awful and wouldn't be returning!! Also said towels provided , dear oh dear , very old, worn and the tiniest of towels, if using the bathroom, be warned, as your sat in the bath the lights go out as motion activated.
